  1. Login areas and personal data entry points are protected at the transmission layer (SSL certificate). This means that personal data and login details entered on the site are encrypted on the user’s computer and can only be read on the target server.

    • information about the user’s browser,

    • diagnostic information related to the self-ordering process via site registrars,
    • information related to handling incoming and outgoing email directed to/from the Operator.
4. Your Rights and Additional Information on Data Use
  1. In certain situations, the Controller has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients, if necessary to perform a contract with you or fulfill legal obligations of the Controller. This applies to groups of recipients such as:
    • authorized employees and collaborators who use the data to achieve the purpose of the Website.
  2. Your personal data processed by the Controller will not be retained longer than necessary for the tasks specified by relevant legal regulations (e.g., accounting). Marketing-related data will not be processed for longer than 3 years.

  7. Automated decision-making, including profiling, may be applied to you for the purpose of providing services under a contract and for the Controller’s direct marketing.
